Walltopia, the world leader in climbing wall design and production, is looking for passionate Sales Agents based in Saudi Arabia. You will represent Walltopia’s full range of products and guide clients through building high quality climbing gyms and attractions.

Travel across Saudi Arabia to meet gym owners and developers, negotiate favorable terms, prepare offers, and track interactions in our CRM. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers and project managers via MS Teams and join our

Qualifications

• You must already reside in Saudi Arabia and be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in climbing, sports, or entertainment is a strong advantage.
• Sales experience, especially in climbing, sports, or entertainment, is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent Walltopia’s full range of products.
• Meet clients, understand goals, and guide them through building climbing gyms and attractions.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Prepare offers and track client interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Support marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Participate in the annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria.

What We’re Looking For

• Local Presence and Language:
  You must already reside in Saudi Arabia and have excellent command of Arabic and English for effective communication with clients and coordination with our HQ team.
• Climbing Insight:
  You understand the climbing industry, its community, and the people who are shaping its future. Experience in sports, leisure, or active entertainment is a strong advantage.
• Sales Mindset:
  You’re curious, persistent, and motivated by creating value, not just closing deals. Experience in sales, particularly in climbing, sports, or entertainment, is a big plus.
• Mobility:
  You’ll be traveling across Saudi Arabia meeting gym owners, entrepreneurs, developers, and visionaries, and helping them turn their ideas into thriving climbing and active entertainment spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing Walltopia’s full range of products: climbing walls, holds, mats, and other equipment.
• Meeting clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms and attractions.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Preparing offers and tracking client interactions through our CRM system.
• Coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Supporting our marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Participating in our annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria, where we align visions, share ideas, and climb together.
