Job summary

Antaes in Geneva requires a Requirements & Test Automation Engineer to define requirements, maintain traceability, and design automated tests using Python and related tools. You will collaborate with end users and multiple teams to guarantee quality in a safety-critical environment.

You bring at least 5 years in safety-critical domains, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate user needs into precise requirements and test cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety-critical domain.
• Proven experience in writing software requirements and documentation, and in system and software testing.
• Experience with test automation in Python; knowledge of Java, JUnit and/or Gherkin is a major advantage.
• Ability to translate end-user needs into requirements and test cases.
• Experience in air traffic control or other real-time, safety-critical domains, and knowledge of ESARR6/EC482, ED-153, IEC 61508 or ISO 12207, are major advantages.

Responsibilities

• Requirements and traceability: work with end users to understand and document needs and ensure traceability with functional requirements.
• Testing and automation: design and maintain test cases; develop automated tests using Python and related tech; run tests and report results.
• Defect management: document defects in JIRA, analyse root causes and track fixes.
• System testing: perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and document outcomes.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the domain.
