Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned S&OP Leader in Zürich to drive global planning processes. You will collaborate with sales, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and product management to align demand with capabilities and business objectives.

You will develop forecasting methodologies, monitor key performance indicators, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong SAP and analytics skills are required, with fluency in English and German beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is advantageous.
• Experience in international manufacturing supply chains and S&OP.
• Advanced SAP knowledge with intercompany planning experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve local S&OP process aligned with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP reviews and executive meetings with insights and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Management to build consensus.
• Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies using market intelligence and data analytics.
• Monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, production adherence.
• Lead strategic initiatives and represent planning in cross-functional programs.
• Drive process optimization through digital solutions and best practices.
• Present executive analyses and mentor team members.
