Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy in Zürich invites a Production Planner to join the Insulation & Components product group. You will implement planning strategies, plan production orders based on capacity and material availability, and act as hub between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Production to ensure on-time delivery.

We seek a candidate with 2–5 years in production planning, strong analytical thinking, fluent German and English, and solid SAP (PP/MM/SD/QM) and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical education with further education in Supply Chain Management PPS (process/operations specialist or technician HF).
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning.
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, high resilience in a varied daily business.
• Reliable go-getter with independence, initiative, and teamwork.
• Good communication and enthusiasm skills to perform hub function with confidence.
• Experienced and confident handling of SAP (PP, MM, SD, QM) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP App-on DCP from the company GI.B would be an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Implement current production planning strategies in daily tasks.
• Plan production orders based on capacity and material availability to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as hub between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production; manage communication and workflow.
• Handle delays efficiently and ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Monitor the value chain, identify scheduling issues early, and take proactive steps to resolve them.
• Coordinate scheduling and capacity resource planning with the production team.
