Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage; APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage.
• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, or S&OP in international manufacturing.
• Advanced SAP knowledge; intercompany purchasing and planning experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management with senior management exposure.
• Business fluency in English; German is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve Hitachi Energy’s local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Facilitate monthly S&OP reviews and executive meetings, providing insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and build consensus
• Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies for a broad portfolio of critical products, leveraging market intelligence and data analytics
• Monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory performance, and production adherence to drive business improvements
• Lead and support strategic initiatives, representing the planning organization in cross-functional and continuous improvement programs
• Drive process optimization through digital solutions, analytics, and best practices to enhance planning excellence
• Present executive-level analyses and recommendations while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
