Try&Hire is seeking a skilled engineer in Switzerland (Zug) to lead root-cause troubleshooting for complex diagnostics instruments integrating fluidics, robotics, software, thermal, electrical and mechanical elements.

You will work across development, field and operations, plan work packages, perform integration at component level, and support process improvement through data analysis. The role begins as interim 3-6 months with potential permanent placement.

Competenze

• Degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to work independently on cross-department development tasks
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
• Experience in statistical data analysis

Mansioni

• Conduct root-cause investigations of systemic issues across development, field and operations
• Build subject matter expertise and support development, customer support and operations teams
• Perform internal repair visits, retrofitting of mechanical parts and configuration management
• Plan assigned work packages independently and track progress
• Conduct integration development activities at system component level with project teams
• Perform statistical data analysis for root-cause investigation and process improvement
