This role involves production support, continuous improvement of processes and instruction guides, and close collaboration with software, hardware and operations teams. Travel to field locations is required, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or apprenticeship in mechatronics, robotics, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field, diagnose problems under pressure, and perform quick, effective repairs without immediate supervision.
• Ability to follow structured procedures, deployment checklists, safety protocols, and quality standards even in dynamic environments.

Aufgaben

• On-site troubleshooting and first response to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Collect operational data, monitor logs, and provide insights to engineering teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximize system uptime.
• Assist with robot production, assembly, and quality checks.
• Create and update work instructions and SOPs based on field learnings.
• Manage spare parts and field stock to ensure deployment readiness.
• Uphold safety standards across workshop and field environments.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and operations engineers to relay field observations.
• Support test campaigns in lab and field, recording results and flagging anomalies.
