You will serve as the Tier 2 escalation point, perform RCA on field failures, debug live robots, and feed field insights to QA and Product for robust test coverage.

Travel up to 50% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep robots ready and improve the deployed system.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in C++ and Python for debugging and scripting.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of robotic hardware and electromechanical systems.
• Experience with ROS2 and robotics software frameworks.
• Ability to analyze robot logs and diagnose sensors, connectivity, and control systems.
• Excellent English communication for cross-functional feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for field operations interfacing with Amazon last-mile teams to resolve complex system issues.
• Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on field failures to identify hardware, software, or environmental causes.
• Debug and implement quick technical fixes to maintain a target 1:5 engineer-to-robots ratio.
• Collaborate with QA to provide real-world input for test cases and edge-case coverage.
• Lead operational readiness and optimization of deployed robots across diverse sites.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs for Field Technicians.
• Translate field-identified issues and RCA insights into structured requirements for the product roadmap.
