RIVR, part of Amazon, is seeking a Junior Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of our robots' custom electronics. You will work across hardware, software, and embedded teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions for mass production.

You will design prototypes, verify reliability, and document specifications and testing protocols. This role requires in-person presence at our Zürich office and a strong drive to innovate in robotics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, Robotics Engineering
• At least 2 years of industry or research experience
• Experience in PCB design and firmware development
• Proficient with PCB design tools: Altium, Eagle, KiCad; SPICE experience
• Skilled at debugging with oscilloscopes and power analyzers
• Knowledge of control systems and electronics components used in robotics

Aufgaben

• Design, assemble, and troubleshoot custom electronic prototypes including PCBs, wiring, sensors, actuators, and power systems
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and embedded system engineers to integrate components
• Perform rigorous testing to verify reliability, durability, and safety of robotic hardware
• Create detailed documentation: specifications, assembly instructions, testing protocols
• Create and maintain guidelines and best practices for knowledge sharing
• Participate in design reviews to improve standards and processes
