Zusammenfassung

ANYbotics is seeking a dynamic Head of Revenue & Commercial Operations in Zurich to build the commercial operating engine for scale. You will work with the CRO and cross‑functionally to implement forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM standards, and reporting.

You will own the end‑to‑end processes that translate go‑to‑market strategy into practical execution, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations, while growing the function and shaping its future structure.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Operations within a scaling B2B company.
• Proven ability to own forecasting, pipeline governance, and commercial reporting.
• Strong track record building or improving commercial processes and change management.
• Credibility partnering with senior sales leadership across Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Fluency with data, systems, and multiple platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and SAP.

• Build and own trusted commercial forecasts, pipeline governance, and risk visibility for leadership and the board.
• Define and improve sales stages, opportunity standards, and CRM discipline for regional consistency.
• Establish a strong operating cadence with forecast reviews and QBRs.
• Enhance sales effectiveness through enterprise and value-based selling and new processes.
• Translate GTM strategy into executable plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead the function hands-on initially and then help scale the Revenue & Commercial Operations capability.
