Zusammenfassung

ANYbotics is seeking a Head of Revenue & Commercial Operations to build and scale the commercial operating engine. You will work with the CRO and closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to implement processes, insights and rhythms to improve decision making and execution across regions.

This role is hands-on, shaping the model and infrastructure for a growing, international commercial organisation while translating go-to-market strategy into practical execution.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy & Operations in a scaling B2B organisation.
• Experience owning forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM discipline and commercial reporting.
• Proven ability to build or improve commercial processes end-to-end.
• Strong commercial judgement and credibility with senior Sales leadership across Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations.
• Fluency with data and systems; experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, SAP; systems fluency more important than platform specifics.
• Comfortable working hands-on across strategy, data, systems and process details.
