Job summary

Ennismore in Zurich is rebuilding its local Reservations department. We seek a Reservations Supervisor who will be hands-on in daily bookings across our channels and take professional responsibility for the department.

You will collaborate with Operations, Revenue and Sales to ensure data accuracy in Opera Cloud, supervise the Reservations Team, train new joiners, and actively drive upselling and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or Front Office.
• Hands-on with supervision and training.
• Willingness to help build a new department.
• Strong guest focus and commercial mindset; upsell mindset.
• Structured, reliable, multitasks across channels.
• German and English communication; Opera Cloud knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• H hands-on in daily reservations, handling individual and group bookings.
• Own the Reservations department operations and coordinate day-to-day tasks.
• Help shape the setup of the new local Reservations department.
• Onboard and train Reservations team; conduct on-the-job training.
• Monitor Reservations inbox and booking channels for quality.
• Work with PMS and reservation systems; maintain accurate guest data.
• Manage room allotments; collaborate with Revenue and Sales.
• Drive upselling of rooms and hotel services.
• Handle complex guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales and other departments.
• Develop Guest Recognition programs and relationships with returning guests.
• Identify opportunities for daily operation improvements.
