Job summary

Viking seeks a Functional HRIS Payroll Analyst to bridge Payroll Operations and HR systems, focusing on SAP ECP and Employee Central Payroll. You will coordinate testing, data validation, reporting, and process improvements in a dynamic international in-house setting.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll systems, strong SAP ECP knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with IT and external providers. Switzerland-based operations are involved, with potential cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Payroll, HRIS, SAP ECP or related payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECP and Employee Central.
• Experience in testing, reconciliations, data validation, and process improvements.
• Ability to gather payroll requirements and collaborate with IT teams and external providers.
• Multinational payroll experience; Switzerland, Germany, and France knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as payroll systems expert for SAP ECP, Employee Central, and payroll operations.
• Translate business needs into practical payroll process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Lead payroll testing and release readiness activities.
• Strengthen payroll data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and audit support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring for payroll management.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT and external partners to drive system enhancements and resolve integration challenges.
