Job summary

pofft Technology Inc. is hiring a technical customer support specialist with an owner’s mentality. You will own support for QuickMail and Mailflow, handling every interaction from first contact to resolution.

You’ll work closely with engineering, report actionable feedback to the founder, and help shape future product improvements. The role covers incident response, system health checks, testing new releases, and leading weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, solid technical understanding, and sharp critical thinking.
• Ability to own support for two products and drive issue resolution.
• Willingness to refine and improve support processes.

Responsibilities

• Set the day's support priorities and triage the Help Scout queue for QuickMail and Mailflow, resolving and digging deeper when needed.
• Check the support dashboard for latency, blacklist status, and domain purchases; investigate and drive to resolution.
• Review fraud alerts, disable scam accounts, and keep the team informed about issues and resolutions.
