Job summary

Composition Brands North America is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to own, manage, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and network environments. You will be the primary steward of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cisco Meraki ecosystems, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable while providing strategic technical guidance to the organization.

This remote role supports teams across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years managing enterprise M365 and Azure environments.
• Experience configuring Cisco Meraki hardware and software.
• Strong DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and cloud security knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), managing users, groups, licenses, and RBAC.
• Govern Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive with best practices for compliance and retention.
• Provision Azure resources (VMs, Storage, virtual networking) and monitor cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless APs.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and maintain up-to-date SOP documentation.
