Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a strong Leader to head a remote Member Support team. You will coach, onboard, and set 30/60/90‑day milestones, while balancing live call coverage and ticket handling, and driving performance with QA and escalation support.

This full‑time role is remote-first with a salary range of $60K-$75K per year, plus benefits including unlimited PTO, healthcare, 401k and a dietitian program; you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding member care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote, high‑volume support teams.
• Proven people management or team‑lead background.
• Healthcare or regulated industry familiarity preferred.
• Experience with call center and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
• Reliable home office setup with strong internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Member Support Representatives with coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and training, including live call shadowing and ramp-up.
• Set 30/60/90‑day milestones and ongoing performance targets.
• Monitor metrics and address gaps with coaching and QA reviews.
• Serve as escalation point and partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, balancing live calls and tickets.
