Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in Switzerland to design and drive technical training for internal field teams and external partners. You will translate product capabilities into practical learning paths, labs, and certifications, supporting enterprise SaaS deployments and complex integrations.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, enablement or related field in enterprise SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, security principles, system architectures.
• Experience creating technical learning materials and enablement resources for internal/external audiences.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and cross‑functional delivery across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Define competency requirements for solution architects, technical consultants, and partner engineers with engineering and design teams.
• Lead enablement programs for solution launches, deployments, and product adoption with blueprints, labs, and materials.
• Translate capabilities into structured learning journeys, playbooks, and role-based certifications.
• Design labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certification activities for internal and partner teams.
• Build centralized references: architectures, FAQs, integration guidance, and resources.
• Develop onboarding programs for systems integrators and partners with standard implementations.
• Gather feedback on challenges and communicate trends to engineering, product, and curriculum stakeholders.
• Coordinate with LMS and enablement teams to align training with journeys and platforms.
• Participate in solution design engagements to keep field knowledge current.
• Measure enablement effectiveness via certifications, productivity, and deployment metrics.
• Continuously improve content and delivery to support product growth and global priorities.
