Medtronic (Schweiz) AG in Bern is seeking a Technical Consultant for Cardiac Rhythm Management to partner with interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists, optimizing treatments for bradycardia and tachycardia. You will support implant procedures for pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders, and provide on-site and remote assistance to hospitals and clinics.

The role covers the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland with occasional meetings at Medtronic locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar.
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital environment.
• Passion for the technical aspects of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Strong flexibility and solid planning skills
• Knowledge of standard Information and Communication Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce)

Aufgaben

• Add value on high technical knowledge in combination with a diplomatic approach.
• Provide training for the whole chain of stakeholders on how to use our products in the best way to ensure best patient outcome.
• Organize educational and proctoring programs.
• Promote the added value of our products, both from a technical, and a commercial perspective.
• Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals, act as an expert in telemedicine.
• Provide on-site support, consulting and education to healthcare professionals, throughout sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
• Partake in conferences and congresses.
• Provide reports of activities and issues as required by management
