• 3 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital environment.
• Passion for the technical aspects of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong flexibility and solid planning skills.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Provide training for the chain of stakeholders on product use to ensure patient outcomes.
• Organize educational and proctoring programs for CRM products.
• Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals and act as telemedicine expert.
• Provide on-site support, consulting and education during installations and service.
• Attend conferences and prepare activity reports for management.
