Zusammenfassung

Medtronic is hiring a Technical Consultant for our Cardiovascular Therapy Group to collaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiac electrophysiologists, referral cardiologists and other stakeholders to optimize heart rhythm disorder treatments. You will support cardiac device implants in hospitals, providing technical support and troubleshooting in clinics and private practices.

The role covers the French part of Switzerland and is a remote role, with occasional site visits.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Fluency in French and English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.

Aufgaben

Collaborate with cardiology and electrophysiology teams to optimize CRM therapies.
Provide training to stakeholders on product use for best patient outcomes.
Organize educational and proctoring programs.
Promote product value from technical and commercial perspectives.
Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals and act as telemedicine expert.
Provide on-site support, consulting, and education during sales presentations and maintenance.
Represent the company at conferences and congresses.
Prepare reports of activities and issues for management.
