Qualifikationen

• Degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams or senior contributors in clinical/service/operations.
• Strong planning, prioritization and resource-management skills with KPI mindset.
• Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams in medtech/healthcare.
• Fluent in English and at least one Swiss national language (German or French).

Aufgaben

• Lead the Swiss Cardiac Rhythm management clinical, logistical and digital support team.
• Ensure operational excellence of clinical, logistical and digital support activities.
• Coordinate service tasks and align with country Cardiac Rhythm management strategy.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling across territories.
• Oversee inventory actions and ensure stock availability for procedures.
• Drive performance improvement with Sales, Customer Service and stakeholders.
• Coordinate training and education including TTT programs.
• Oversee field service and remote support integrations such as CareLink.
• Provide oversight for clinical study execution from service perspective.
