Qualifikationen

• Degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, nursing, or related field, plus substantial experience in Cardiac Rhythm management or comparable clinical/technical support.
• Proven experience leading teams or senior individual contributors in a clinical, service or operations environment.
• Strong planning, prioritization and resource-management skills with KPI mindset.
• Fluency in English and in at least one Swiss language (German and/or French).

Aufgaben

• Lead the Swiss clinical, logistical and digital support team for CRM, including direct reports.
• Ensure operational excellence of support activities and optimize field efficiency.
• Coordinate service tasks and align with country Cardiac Rhythm management strategy.
• Plan resources, schedules and inventory actions across territories.
• Oversee training, education and product launch support.
• Drive adoption of digital and remote solutions and monitor patient migration to remote platforms.
