Medtronic is hiring a Technical Consultant for the Cardiac Rhythm Management group. The role collaborates with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists and referral cardiologists to optimize heart rhythm disorder treatments.

You will support cardiac devices implants in hospitals and provide technical support and troubleshooting in clinics. The position covers the French-speaking part of Switzerland and is remote, with possible meetings at Medtronic locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar required.
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Provide training for stakeholders on how to use Medtronic products to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Organize educational and proctoring programs for users.
• Promote the value of our products from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals and act as an expert in telemedicine.
• Provide on-site support and education to healthcare professionals during sales presentations, installation and maintenance.
• Attend conferences and conferences and generate activity reports as required.
