Job summary

Jobgether SRL partners with a Swiss-based client to hire a Talent & People Specialist for Switzerland. This fully remote role combines talent acquisition with HR operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with around 40 hires per year across Tech, Product, Data, Growth, Finance and more.

You’ll work with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a smooth candidate and employee experience. The role emphasizes automation, HR systems improvements, and AI-enabled solutions, with autonomy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional HR experience.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments is a plus.
• Experience across talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Hands-on HR interviews and recruitment process management.
• Familiar with ATS (Teamtailor) and Deel.
• Solid personnel administration with payroll exposure a plus.
• Comfort with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Interest in AI tools and process automation.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with independent execution.
• Remote work with distributed teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HR interviews, assessing motivation and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment processes and follow-up.
• Manage recruitment pipeline in the ATS with scorecards and reporting.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from contact to offer.
• Present the organisation, culture, and growth opportunities to candidates.
• Own pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Continuously improve employee touchpoints through feedback and data.
• Administer HR and payroll processes via Deel across entities.
• Coordinate equipment, access management, and migrations.
• Maintain internal mailing lists and collaboration tools.
