Jobgether is partnering with a Swiss-based client to recruit a People Hunter / Talent Acquisition Assistant in Switzerland. This remote role supports a fast-paced global TA operation, focusing on sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, and pipeline management.

Ideal candidates have TA/recruitment experience, thrive in a high-output environment, and can work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
• Ability to commit consistent daily working hours and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing recruitment pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Support the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Help coordinate interviews and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Keep recruitment trackers and related records accurate and up to date.
• Communicate recruitment progress and provide regular status updates to the team.
• Commit consistent daily hours to support a high-output recruitment operation.
• Contribute proactively to recruitment activities and help maintain an efficient candidate pipeline.
