Lever, Inc. (on behalf of a partner) seeks a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives in Switzerland.

You will drive business enablement projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with senior leaders to ensure measurable outcomes across the full project lifecycle. The role combines structured delivery with Agile and hybrid methods, enabling process improvements and governance enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Five to eight years of overall business experience, including at least three to four years leading projects, programs, or change initiatives.
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related discipline is preferred.
  • A recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close-out across the full lifecycle.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, assumptions, constraints, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methodologies, including backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Strong understanding of governance, executive decision support, organizational change, and business transformation.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, external partners, and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management, scheduling, reporting, collaboration, and backlog management tools.
  • The ability to guide stakeholders and teams toward consistent, effective project delivery practices in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

You’ll oversee projects across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities, clear objectives, and measurable outcomes. Accountabilities
  • Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, implementation, and close-out.

  • Define project objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance structures, and delivery plans.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution-definition discussions to establish clear business needs and scope boundaries.
