Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of People to lead an international, fully remote HR function across 15+ countries. You will guide talent acquisition, development, employee relations, and compliance while leveraging AI to streamline HR services.

The role focuses on scalable People processes, culture-building in a creator-economy context, and partnering with senior leadership to drive growth and integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience at HRBP level or equivalent, preferably in remote or hybrid international organizations.
• Experience supporting fast-growing businesses with scalable HR processes and culture-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR systems and technology to create efficient employee experiences for a distributed workforce.
• Experience managing international employment matters across UK, Europe, and North America.
• Familiarity with employer-of-record arrangements and international workforce complexities.
• Experience supporting acquisitions and post-acquisition integration while preserving culture.
• Understanding of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Self-driven mindset, able to lead projects independently.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in an agile environment.
• CIPD qualification, near qualification, or equivalent credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
• Nice to have: experience in media, digital content, or the creator economy.
• Experience in high-growth startups and with freelance contractors across multiple countries.

• Develop accessible People services using AI and technology.
• Improve recruitment approaches to attract diverse talent.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning and development.
• Design culture-building initiatives for distributed teams.
• Develop and optimize onboarding, performance, rewards, and learning processes.
• Ensure scalable onboarding for acquisitions and integration.
• Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Review and adapt HR policies to comply with local employment laws.
• Ensure compliance across countries and jurisdictions.
• Leverage HR tech to improve efficiency and experience.
• Support integration of acquired teams while respecting cultures.
• Manage HRIS, recruitment platforms, international employment solutions, and contractor relations.
