Job summary

Pallet is seeking its first Enterprise Account Executive in EMEA to establish a commercial presence across Europe. You will own net-new enterprise acquisition, build relationships with Europe’s largest logistics providers, and shape Pallet’s international expansion playbook.

Initially remote from London, the role will transition to five days per week in the office when open, with extensive travel across Europe to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
• Business‑fluent Portuguese for discovery, negotiation, and exec presentations.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software agreements.
• Strong consultative selling and value-based sales methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA from prospecting to contract.
• Build and maintain a 3x‑4x qualified pipeline with disciplined outbound efforts.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders across Europe’s logistics providers.
• Lead discovery sessions mapping workflows to Pallet’s AI capabilities.
• Scope structured pilots demonstrating measurable ROI and enterprise deployments.
• Build business cases aligning operational improvements with financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align GTM and product roadmaps.
