Jobgether is seeking a Principal Engineer based in Switzerland to shape the Merchant Experience platform's architecture and technical direction. You will mentor teams, drive architectural decisions, and champion Domain-Driven Design in a cloud-native environment.

You will work with fellow architects to establish standards and guardrails, translating vision into robust, scalable solutions across distributed systems.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering, with staff/principal experience.
• Expert knowledge of Domain-Driven Design in microservices.
• Strong foundations in data structures, architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate architecture into practical solutions.
• Excellent English communication and cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own technical direction and architecture for the Merchant Experience pillar.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure alignment with platform strategy.
• Contribute to engineering standards and guardrails across teams.
• Mentor engineers on architecture, design, and coding practices.
• Address performance, scalability, and integration challenges.
• Lead adoption of Domain-Driven Design and robust solutions.
