Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer based in Switzerland to lead cross‑platform product development across web and mobile. You will own architecture for React Native mobile apps, build frontend with React/Next.js, and collaborate with product leadership in a remote-first, autonomous team.

You will design scalable backend services with Node.js, Prisma, AWS, and maintain high engineering standards, testing with Playwright, and mentoring peers.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Experience with React Native and mobile apps.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Aufgaben

• Take senior-level ownership of full-stack product development across web and mobile applications.
• Lead the technical direction and end-to-end development of the mobile application.
• Contribute to React Native architecture, performance, reliability and UX.
• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
• Develop web experiences using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Nest.js, Prisma, AWS.
• Mentor engineers and lead engineering initiatives within a small team.
• Ensure high-quality code, testing, documentation, and collaborative practices.
• Drive architecture decisions and improve performance and scalability.
• Support automated testing practices including Playwright.
