Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Architecture Senior Manager based in Switzerland to lead and scale a high-performing EMEA team. You will shape engagement models with Sales, recruit senior talent, and engage with CIOs/CTOs to align cloud, AI, and infrastructure solutions with customer objectives.

You will drive strategic direction, work across multiple markets, and influence product decisions through customer insights in a fast-moving AI infrastructure environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven people-management experience leading senior technical professionals.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams across multiple countries/cultures in EMEA.
• Experience building/scaling Solutions Architecture or similar technical organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence C-level leaders and drive complex customer engagements.

Aufgaben

• Build, lead, and scale a regional Solutions Architecture organization across multiple EMEA countries.
• Define and improve regional engagement model with Sales leadership.
• Establish operating processes, performance expectations, and strategic priorities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior technical professionals and future leaders.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and other senior stakeholders at strategic customers and partners.
• Lead conversations bridging customer objectives with cloud, AI, and infrastructure solutions.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Technology teams.
