Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) to drive paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin and other platforms. You will manage large budgets, optimize CAC/ROAS/LTV, and leverage attribution tools to maximize ROI across international markets.

You will design experiments, test creative concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, user acquisition or digital advertising.
• Experience plan/optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage budgets using CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bids, landing pages, and creatives to cut CAC.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing to test concepts and refine messaging.
• Measure attribution, cohort analysis, and incrementality to evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop acquisition strategies across markets and expand reach.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining cost and profitability within targets.
• Make data-driven decisions on optimization, budgeting, and targeting.
• Own campaign execution and continuously improve marketing investments.
