Jobgether SRL is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) in Switzerland for a remote, long-term contractor role. The agent will guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth progress and timely updates.

The role requires empathy, strong organization, and the ability to manage 100+ patients while adhering to HIPAA privacy standards. 40 hours per week, PST hours.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in customer support or patient support.

Aufgaben

• Own each patient’s onboarding journey from purchase through telehealth scheduling and kit delivery.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ patients, prioritizing activities daily.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Guide patients through impression kit completion and returns.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and billing with empathy and de-escalation.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA requirements.
• Identify process gaps and relay insights to leadership.
