Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a versatile coordinator to blend marketing, HR, and project delivery. You will own LinkedIn, newsletters, and events while supporting consultants with data, reports, and presentations.

The role requires 2+ years in HR/marketing or similar, a degree or vocational training, and fluency in German and English. This remote role offers flexibility and exposure to a dynamic HR boutique environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, marketing, project coordination or similar coordinating role
• University degree or completed vocational training in a relevant field
• Highly tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools and processes
• Very fast work pace with strong organizational and project-management skills
• A good eye for aesthetics, formatting, and error-free outputs
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages a plus
• Based in Switzerland with appropriate residence and work permits

Responsibilities

• Own marketing channels: LinkedIn, newsletter, website, online events—from concept to execution
• Create content for B2B social channels, on-brand and audience-focused
• Maintain website content, layout, and visual consistency
• Plan and organize online events, webinars, and partner events
• Coordinate with partners and external service providers
• Support consulting projects with data analysis, presentations, and reports
• Contribute to HR software implementations and ATS maintenance
• Assist recruiting: candidate sourcing and communication
• Prepare professional project materials and presentations in PowerPoint/Slides
• Handle organizational tasks to relieve the team in day-to-day operations
