Jobgether is partnered with a Medicare & Health Insurance agency seeking a remote, independent contractor to handle outbound calls, appointment setting, and lead management for U.S.-based clients from Switzerland.

You will use approved scripts, maintain accurate records in Excel and client systems, and support seasonal outreach campaigns while ensuring compassionate communication with seniors.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in phone-based customer service or outbound calling.
• Excellent spoken and written English, clear and professional.
• Experience setting appointments, especially in lead generation or sales support.
• Experience communicating with seniors or individuals needing extra time or reassurance is a plus.
• Strong listening, patience, empathy, rapport-building, and conversational skills.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations and handle objections.
• Strong organizational skills for recording contact details and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
• Familiarity with Medicare/health insurance customer support is preferred.
• Ability to learn new scripts and adapt to campaigns and schedules.
• Willingness to use VoIP, email, calendar tools, and scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare leads using client lists.
• Open conversations with approved scripts to qualify interest in Medicare plans.
• Ask follow-up questions and schedule qualified appointments.
• Communicate with seniors with patience, empathy, and clear language.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach continuity.
• Document questions, objections, and requests for attention.
• Refer Medicare questions to licensed representatives.
• Direct Spanish inquiries to bilingual team members.
• Record call outcomes, details, and appointment data in Excel and client systems.
• Maintain organized lead-tracking and monitor callbacks.
• Submit call records and prepare daily activity reports.
• Support seasonal Medicare outreach campaigns and learn new scripts.
• Assist with Covered California campaigns and keep records updated.
• Use client's phone, VoIP, email, calendar, and scheduling software.
• Follow documented procedures and timelines of engagement.
