The role focuses on establishing program management foundations, designing a scalable framework and advising senior leaders on strategic IT and organizational challenges.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, program management or a comparable strategic role.
• Strong track record in large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of organizational change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages are an advantage.

For a strategic transformation program within a CIO Office, we are looking for an experienced IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant. You will support the program lead in establishing the program management foundations and designing a scalable framework for key transformation initiatives.
