PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant to support a CIO Office transformation program in Geneva or remote. The role focuses on establishing program management foundations, designing a scalable framework and advising senior leaders on strategic IT and organizational challenges.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, program management or a comparable strategic role.
• Strong track record in large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of organizational change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Establish baseline documentation through data collection, analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop foundational program management documentation.
• Manage program planning, reporting and progress tracking.
• Assess and design large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Develop a blueprint and governance framework for future transformation initiatives.
• Identify innovation, optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Apply proven transformation and program management methodologies.
• Assess the impact of IT changes on people, processes and organizational structures.
• Advise senior stakeholders on strategic IT and organizational challenges.
• Prepare and present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
