Responsibilities include baseline data collection, documentation, progress tracking and delivering actionable recommendations to executive management.

• Experience leading large IT transformation and organizational change programs.

• Ability to design scalable program management frameworks and governance.

• Establish baseline documentation via data collection, analysis and interviews.
• Develop foundational program management documentation and governance.
• Manage planning, reporting and progress tracking for major initiatives.
• Assess and design large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Present updates and strategic recommendations to executives.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
