Cantor Fitzgerald is looking for an IT Support specialist in Geneva, Switzerland to join their Global Desktop Support team. You'll provide essential technical assistance to users across various offices, ensuring their IT needs are met both on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows systems and Microsoft 365 applications, alongside a solid understanding of networking and troubleshooting. This role requires 0 to 3 years of experience in IT support.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment.
• Good grasp of desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals.
• Basic network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Ability to diagnose simple connectivity issues.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and efficient technical support to users.
• Handle level 1 and 2 IT support both in-person and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues on Windows 11.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Teams.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues related to connectivity.
