Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily IT support and guidance to SME clients, maintaining smooth system performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Diagnose system issues quickly and implement permanent, long-term solutions.
• Lead and execute IT project rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and system migrations.
• Introduce fresh technologies and automation to streamline client workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified in computer science (or equivalent qualification) with solid experience in IT support and system engineering.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of core network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure; hands-on knowledge of VMware is a definite plus.
• Structured, proactive problem solver who works well independently.
• Fluent in German with good working English skills.
