Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced HR Lead to own the full employee lifecycle for a remote, cross-disciplinary game development environment in Europe. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and development initiatives across teams, partnering with senior leaders to shape culture and strategy.

This role emphasizes autonomy, psychological safety, and continuous improvement, with a focus on scalable processes and a strong candidate experience in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in tech or gaming environments.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment across technology or gaming roles.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, offers design and negotiation.
• Independent in a dynamic, remote, multi-country setting.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to closing.
• Plan proactive hiring with team leads and identify talent gaps.
• Build structured interview processes, scorecards and decision-making practices.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ATS workflows and recruitment metrics.
• Coach managers on interviewing, HR policies and people-management.
• Benchmark salaries and design competitive, consistent offers.
• Own onboarding processes to ensure productive new hires.
• Oversee HR operations including contracts, payroll, leave and records.
• Handle terminations professionally and compliantly.
• Provide neutral partner support for conflicts and sensitive matters.
• Monitor attrition indicators and address engagement risks.
• Partner with HR and leadership on culture and well-being initiatives.
• Support remote, multi-country teamwork and collaboration.
• Introduce tools to improve HR workflows and self-managing teams.
