Job summary

The Cycle is seeking an engineering-minded Growth Marketing Engineer to own the end-to-end ecommerce growth stack and experimentation workflows. You will build tracking, automation, and AI-agent systems, then run growth through those systems with measured experiments and data-driven iteration.

You will collaborate directly with the founder, owning the online growth engine with no intermediate layers, and you will push the looped learning back into the system weekly.

Qualifications

• Engineering foundation in software, data, or automation.
• Hands-on martech or growth engineering: tracking GA4, server-side GTM, conversion APIs.
• Experience with CRM integration and data workflows.
• Daily fluency with AI agents and automation tooling.
• Analytical mindset to read funnels and identify signals.
• Initiative and owner mindset; takes ownership.
• Fluent professional English; able to work across time zones.
• Full-time exclusive role with overlap to US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ecommerce growth systems (Shopify/Amazon) and optimization.
• Design and run structured experiments; delegate execution to agents.
• Build tracking, analytics, and dashboards trusted by the company.
• Develop AI-agent workflows for reporting, testing, and campaign mgmt.
• Manage lifecycle flows (email/SMS) and retention programs.
• Integrate Shopify, Amazon, CRM tools, and data hub with the stack.
