Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a KYC Analyst in Switzerland to support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing compliance for a digital asset platform. You will review identity documents, assess sources of funds, and perform risk-based reviews to mitigate financial crime risk.

The role requires AML/CTF knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance compliance processes in a fast-evolving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law/Finance/Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience onboarding individual customers and reviewing identity docs.
• Ideally experience with corporate KYB onboarding and UBO identification.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF principles and FATF recommendations.
• Experience with sanctions screening, PEPs, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and verify customers (KYC/KYB).
• Assess sources of funds/wealth and identify inconsistencies.
• Perform due diligence and risk assessments at onboarding.
• Conduct periodic reviews and maintain up-to-date records.
• Screen against sanctions lists and watchlists; escalate when needed.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk cases.
• Investigate IP/address anomalies and drive verification.
• Research customer backgrounds and beneficial ownership.
• Collaborate with internal/external parties to obtain information.
• Apply AML/CTF principles in risk decisions.
• contribute to onboarding process improvements.
