Job summary

Jobgether (on behalf of a partner company) seeks a Head of Legal to lead global legal strategy in a fast-growing digital business. You will oversee corporate, commercial, regulatory, and IP matters across jurisdictions, guiding risk and governance in collaboration with executives.

We require 5+ years as CLO/VP Legal in international contexts, strong English (C1+) and a Russian language advantage. This remote Switzerland role offers high-impact leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Chief Legal Officer or VP Legal in international orgs.
• Expertise across corporate, contract, employment, IP law.
• Regulatory compliance and risk management in complex environments.
• Experience managing litigation and coordinating with external counsel.
• English at C1+; Russian fluency is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
