Jobgether SRL, on behalf of partner, seeks a General Counsel based in Switzerland to lead the global Legal and Compliance function across EMEA and the Americas. You will own governance, risk, and regulatory posture while directing a distributed legal team and advising the Board and executive leadership.

This senior role requires a commercial lawyer familiar with software, open‑source licensing, and complex international operations, with a track record of scaling in‑house functions and experience

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with active license in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction.
• Substantial senior in‑house experience within a global technology or software business.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Legal and Compliance across EMEA and the Americas.
• Build and manage distributed leadership by hiring and developing managers.
• Oversee governance, risk, and regulatory posture; report to executives and Board.
• Own commercial contracting framework and licensing strategy (IP/open‑source).
• Manage data protection, export controls, anti‑bribery, competition law, and AI regulation.
