Embecta is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to independently manage compliance matters across EMEA and LATAM from the Vaud canton. The role combines contract review, privacy initiatives, and regulatory support, partnering with Global Legal, Compliance and Privacy SMEs to align regional activities with corporate standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm and/or legal department of a larger enterprise.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Fluent Business English; German/French/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.

• Independently manage commercial compliance matters across EMEA & LATAM.
• Review submissions for activities involving healthcare professionals and institutions for compliance.
• Develop and implement regional policies, templates, and guidance for agreements.
