Qualifikationen

• Master of Laws degree; bar admission.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in an international business environment.
• Experience establishing and running compliance processes with a focus on anti-bribery & corruption, antitrust, sanctions/export controls or data/AI governance.
• Experience or demonstrated curiosity in using data, analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance effectiveness, insights and business impact.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information, and create risk-based solutions.
• Outstanding stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German (French/Spanish a plus).

Aufgaben

• Integrity: Support continuous improvement and implement global integrity and data privacy procedures.
• Design and deliver awareness, training concepts, content, delivery modes, training administration and reporting (risk-/cost-/efficiency-based).
• Leverage AI technology in awareness and training.
• Manage parts of the global compliance program, including internal controls, data analytics and AI assistance.
• Support retaliation-free reporting channels and coordinate investigations with external resources.
• Draft, review and negotiate strategic agreements; manage deal processes and due diligence.
• Assist with regulatory developments and act as Secretary to a Board committee.
