Partners Group, a leading global private markets investment manager, seeks a (Senior) Legal Counsel focused on Data Privacy & Technology. Based in Baar, CH, you will shape privacy and tech law across global operations, with an emphasis on Europe and GDPR, advising on regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will lead contracts, governance, and incident response, coordinating with senior management and external partners to protect the firm’s interests and reputation.

Qualifikationen

• Possesses a law degree and Swiss bar admission (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of GDPR and privacy risk management.
• Proven drafting/negotiation skills for tech and commercial contracts.

Aufgaben

• Advise stakeholders on data privacy, AI, cybersecurity and technology law.
• Drive GDPR compliance across the global operations, with emphasis on Europe.
• Lead negotiation and drafting of MSAs, DPAs and TIAs with vendors and partners.
• Develop governance around data protection: policies, templates, decision-making frameworks.
