Zusammenfassung

Randstad in Switzerland seeks a dedicated Strategic Buyer Construction / Construction Services (80–100%) to strengthen a global procurement team for a world leader in industrial measurement engineering based in Reinach (BL).

In this role you will drive procurement strategies, manage high-impact CapEx investment projects, and ensure optimal cost structures, high quality and supplier reliability across global production sites.

Qualifikationen

Requires degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years in strategic procurement, construction, facility management or CapEx.
Strong RFI/RFP, contract management and international procurement experience.
Business fluency in German and English (speaking and writing).

Aufgaben

Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction services.
Lead strategic procurement for major CapEx projects (new builds, renovations, site retrofits).
Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from demand to invoices.
Build and optimize supplier portfolio based on performance and reliability metrics.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and site teams globally.
