Job-Room in Stettbach near Zurich is seeking an experienced procurement professional to build a high-performing function, manage supplier contracts, optimize inventory, and drive cost improvements across the business.

You will lead ERP data management, negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with Quality and operations to ensure material availability and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5+ years in procurement/supply chain
• Strong negotiation skills with basic financial understanding
• ERP and data management proficiency including ERP systems
• Supplier relationship management experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of quality topics (inspections, deviations, corrective actions) and compliance

Aufgaben

• Manage item and warehouse master data
• Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor performance
• Optimize inventory levels balancing production needs, lead times and cost
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain processes
• Coordinate IQC activities with category managers and Quality
• Address supplier deviations and ensure timely corrective actions
• Support production teams ensuring material availability and smooth procurement-operations coordination
